1) Picking the right size
The shorts come up true to size for most people and should feel snug around the waist from the first wear. We have some more guidance below if you're on a size boundary.

While it can be a tricky choice and not an exact science, based on feedback it tends to depend on your body shape:

We're UK-based with everything in stock and ready to ship. Royal Mail delivery is free on all orders over £18 with 28 days to return.
You can also upgrade to even faster shipping options at checkout from £2.99.
We aim to despatch orders the same or next working day but during busy periods it can take slightly longer than usual. Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival and your despatch confirmation will contain a tracking code.

I bought three pairs and took 2 on honeymoon with me. I wish I took the third as they were just so good!
No chaffing or rubbing, they dried quick as well when I wore them to a water park. The pockets are really deep and fit my phone securely around Disney and Universal theme parks. I didn't quite trust them on a roller coaster but they could have done really well on that as well. I've had lots of compliments on the designs and fit and they've been great for a touch of Disney bounding as well.

I love wearing Llama leggings as they are the best fit. Not too long, the waist stays on the waist, they are perfect for Zumba as they are a cool light material. The ones in the picture are for childminding as they are bright and colourful and very soft. I have 4 pairs of leggings and 3 pairs of shorts ❤️
I'm a size 8 and the 6-8 fits well. So soft, not worn these out yet but wore my other 2 pair out for a run already and even with pockets full they staid in place. Already ordered more.

They are still soft and silky just like the leggings however I do feel they are a little short as I am 70 and don’t like to show too much leg. However I shall keep them for wearing in the house and on beach holidays.

These shorts are super comfortable, the fabric is lovely and soft, it's easy to forget you're wearing anything!
The pockets are a really good size and the fact that there's a pocket on each side is an extra bonus!
These are perfect for fitness, they don't roll down on the waist even during a very active Zumba class.
The multi sizing is an excellent idea, I like my fitness wear to be snug fitting so ordered a small. My waist is a 12-14 but my hips are a comfortable 14 so usually things that fit my waist are too tight at the hips or way too loose on my waist if they fit my hips. With llama shorts I don't have that issue 🙂
The only problem is I now want them in pretty much every design 🤣🙈
