Follow this mini guide to find the perfect size and length for you.

1) Pick the right size
Thanks to our magic stretch design, you'll be amazed at how our multi-sizing results in a comfy fit whatever your shape. The feeling around the waist should be snug from the first wear so keep scrolling for more guidance if you're on a size boundary.

On the boundary?
While it can be a tricky choice and not an exact science, based on feedback it tends to depend on your body shape:

Rectangle - we usually recommend to size down.

Hourglass - we usually recommend to size down.

Pear - if you carry weight lower down, it's probably best to size up to avoid the leggings feeling too tight.

Apple - if you carry weight lower down, it's probably best to size up to avoid the leggings feeling too tight.

2) Choose your length
Pick from a range of up to three lengths depending on the design.
If you're an adult under 5' 6" you may prefer capri over full-length to avoid bunching around the ankle. Other than that, it's generally a personal choice.

We also offer a "Long shorts" length in some designs - these are approximately 2 inches longer than our standard shorts range.
