1) Pick the right size
Thanks to our magic stretch design, you'll be amazed at how our multi-sizing results in a comfy fit whatever your shape. The feeling around the waist should be snug from the first wear so keep scrolling for more guidance if you're on a size boundary.
On the boundary?
While it can be a tricky choice and not an exact science, based on feedback it tends to depend on your body shape:

Pear - if you carry weight lower down, it's probably best to size up to avoid the leggings feeling too tight. |

2) Choose your length
Pick from a range of up to three lengths depending on the design.
If you're an adult under 5' 6" you may prefer capri over full-length to avoid bunching around the ankle. Other than that, it's generally a personal choice.
We also offer a "Long shorts" length in some designs - these are approximately 2 inches longer than our standard shorts range.
Note: This guide provides general sizing information only - don't forget you can always return for an exchange or refund within 14 days if the fit isn't quite right for you.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 except for high value orders where we may use another carrier such as UPS. You can also upgrade to the faster Royal Mail 24 option at checkout for £1.99.
We aim to despatch orders placed before midday Monday-Friday the same day, otherwise they should be shipped the next working day. Orders may require a signature upon arrival and your despatch confirmation will contain a delivery tracking code.

I just love these leggings - not least because they have pockets. Was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t fall down while running with a phone in my pocket. They are so soft and comfortable that I want to wear them all the time.
Just ordered another 3 pairs - shorts,one pair has pockets 🤣 and one doesn’t and one pair of longer leggings which will be saved for winter runs.
Going to have to discipline myself to step away from the site because there are so many great products.
5 stars to Llama leggings.

These are by far the mist comfortable leggings I have ever worn . I do lots of hiking and walk miles and being a larger lady I had none of the normal problems I used to get with other brands. Llama leisure leggings are high waisted and do not roll down, so soft, breathable .
The designs certainly stand out from the crowd, I can honestly say I will never buy leggings elsewhere again.
I found them value for money, quality is outstanding. And pockets I love pockets.

As an older lady in my 70's I was delighted to discover Llama Leisure as they have such a huge selection of patterns for all ages. The leggings are soft and comfortable and come in various styles my favourite being the longer length with very useful pockets. Having bought one pair and loving the fit and the comfort I immediately bought more.
