The majority of UK orders arrive within 2-3 working days after despatch. If your order is placed before midday Monday-Friday, we usually despatch via Royal Mail 48 the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the next working day and faster delivery options may be available during the checkout.

For international destinations, the shipping time will depend on your country and can vary between 3-10 days. Refer to our Shipping Policy page for an indication.

95% of our UK orders arrive within 3 working days of despatch but Royal Mail advises it can take up to 10 working days, particularly during busy times. Your despatch confirmation will contain a tracking code - if it is showing as delivered, check with your neighbours or safe places as it's likely in the nearby area!

If after 10 days it’s still missing, get in touch with us so that we can make enquiries for you. It nearly always turns up eventually!

All international orders are also fully tracked so you can check on the location at any stage of its journey. Please note items are usually held once they have arrived in your country until any import fees have been paid. If you haven't received any notification or it appears stuck, please reach out to us and we'll assist in finding out what's happened to the package.

Yes! While we're a UK-based company, we now ship internationally and currently cover the USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland and all eurozone countries including Ireland, Spain, France and Germany. See our Shipping Policy for all the details and what we charge.

All products purchased between the 10th November and 22nd December 2023 can be returned or exchanged until the 5th January 2024.

Our standard 14 day returns policy applies to purchases made from the 23rd December onwards. 

The items must be in their original packaging, unworn and with the tag still attached. Any free items must also be returned or will be chargeable. Check our full returns policy for all the details.

We always offer you the best deals we can and because we already give free delivery, we can’t provide return postage too! If you are returning, please get proof of postage to cover yourself. For returns of faulty or damaged items, please contact us.

Our leggings range from adult sizes 6-26 and are designed to fit every body shape due to their multi-fit magic stretchiness. Extra stretch means they are a good length so, if you have shorter legs, you can simply tuck them up or you may prefer our Capri range. A high yoga waist not only looks great but means they won’t fall down!
