Unfortunately we do not pay for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/faulty.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We'll do everything possible to evaluate the issue and make it right.
We can do exchanges for a different size of the same product only. We do not reserve inventory so to guarantee the size you want, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the correct one.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to check everything meets our returns policy. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to you.
