Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions will apply by entering the 100 Leggings, 100 Winners Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”). The Prize Draw is run and operated by Llama Leisure Limited (the “Promoter”) which is registered in the UK under company number 13041701:

1. Entry to the Prize Draw begins on 12th November 2023 at 18:00:00 GMT and runs until 21st November 2023 at 23:59:59 GMT (the “Prize Draw Period”). Entries received before or after the Prize Draw Period will be disqualified.
2. The Prize Draw is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom (UK) aged over eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Prizes can only be sent to a UK address.
3. No purchase necessary. It is free to enter the Prize Draw.
4. A total of one (1) entry can be made per person by submitting a valid name and email address via the online form.
5. Any person who attempts to enter multiple or false contact information under multiple identities, same IP address or uses any device to encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by the Promoter, will be disqualified.
6. One hundred (100) winners will be selected at random using computer software from all eligible entries received.
7. Each selected winner will be able to claim one (1) pair of leggings up to the value of £26 from the following page: https://llamaleisure.com/collections/all-leggings-adult-and-kids. Any difference in price between the chosen pair of leggings and £26 will be forfeited.
8. The chosen leggings must be in-stock and eligible to be fulfilled immediately. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We reserve the right to issue a gift card of equivalent value up to £26 at our discretion, no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
9. The winners will be selected and an attempt to contact will be made within two (2) working days following the end of the Prize Draw Period to claim their prize. Contact will be via the email address provided upon entry.
10. A code will be issued to winners for use on the llamaleisure.com website. Winners must claim their prize by placing their own order using the code provided to discount the qualifying prize identified in clause 7.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible or fails to claim the prize by 22nd December 2023, the prize will be forfeited with no compensation due.
12. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
13. The Promoter shall have no liability for any failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email or other security settings or due to the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
14. Any paid purchases by a winner during the Prize Draw Period which now become awardable as a prize can, at their wish, be treated as being fulfilled under the Prize Draw and their original purchase refunded.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to contact non-winning entrants informing them of the results of the Prize Draw but is under no obligation to do so.
16. Images included in any promotional material related to the Prize Draw are for illustrative purposes only and may not depict products currently in-stock.
17. It will be at the Promoters sole decision as to whether any eligibility requirement has or has not been met and we may require evidence or confirmation from entrants before awarding prizes.
18. Unsubscribing from any entry confirmation email prior to the awarding of the winner will also remove entry via that route.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s first name, last initial and county. The winner’s name will be available for 60 days after the close of the Prize Draw. To receive the name of the winners, please contact the Promoter via the website www.llamaleisure.com.
20. This Prize Draw is in no way connected or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram (Meta).
21. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or terminate the Prize Draw in the event that non-authorized human intervention, a bug or virus, fraud, or other causes beyond control impact or corrupt the security, fairness, proper conduct, or administration of the Prize Draw. In such a case, the Promoter may award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to such event.
22. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter’s liability under or in connection with the Prize Draw or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the prize in question.
23. By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Entry into the Prize Draw will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
24. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
25. Entries will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's published privacy policy.
26. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
