Returns Policy
Our standard returns policy is 30 days.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn/unused)
- Have all tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include any FREE promotional items included with the purchase
NOTE: If you partially return a bundle, the refund amount will be adjusted upon return to reflect the next best offer your order now qualifies for.
As a small business we do not pay for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/faulty. You can use our Royal Mail returns label during the returns process for £3.49 or you may have the option to purchase a pre-paid returns label before checkout.

Pre-Paid Returns
If you are given the option to purchase a pre-paid returns label before checkout, please note the following:
- No physical returns label is included in your parcel - simply use our returns portal where the label will be available
- The service covers one return shipment per order
- Unfortunately the label cannot be added after the order is placed
- The service is non-refundable and valid on UK returns only
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We'll do everything possible to evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange for a different size in most cases. We do not reserve inventory so to guarantee the size you want, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the correct one.
PLEASE NOTE: We are not able to offer exchanges on items purchased in the sale or promotional items as stock inventory changes mean this isn't possible.
For gift exchanges, please email us with the name and contact details of the original purchaser.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to check everything meets our returns policy. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method or gift card (if selected). Please remember it can take 2-3 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund back to you.
Special offers, free items and gifts
Occasionally we run promotional campaigns. Just so you know, if you return an order containing a special offer or free item such as a keyring or gift such that you no longer meet the offer's qualifying conditions, a refund adjustment will apply. You can always do an exchange instead!
